The search for your new account executive is officially live. The role foundation is complete, the posting is in market, and first screens are underway, with a shortlist coming your way by the end of June. In parallel, the full AE playbook lands for your review next week, so it's approved and ready before your new hire walks in the door, with the onboarding plan and KPI framework following from it. Based on current pacing, your new AE starts mid-to-late August and is fully ramped by mid-November.
