The foundation work is done. Diagnosis is complete and the sales process build is underway, with the first working version landing for review next week. CRM setup starts as soon as the process is locked, so the two stay in sync. Monthly updates continue as usual.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Nothing at the moment, but we will need you to review and approve the AE Playbook, along with Alex. Specifically we need to make sure the process makes sense operationally and we are nailing the PK aspects of the playbook
