Sidecar engagement status
The engagement is in motion on two fronts. The new compensation plan for Luke is in design now and lands for your review next week, while John and Karen have started the Marketing Hub build, with Sales Hub to follow once that's complete. From there we move into lead generation, with Karen researching and building lead lists for both the SRS and IFE sales efforts, and the search for your new SRS account executive kicks off in early July. Based on current pacing, your new AE starts mid September and is fully ramped by mid December.
