Karen is off on maternity leave, so we're moving on a replacement. Mark starts interviewing candidates through an offshore hiring agency early next week with the goal of having someone hired in August. John keeps moving on Marketing Pro in the meantime and will have it finished regardless. The one knock-on effect is lead generation, which slides about 30 days while the new marketer gets up to speed. That timing still works: the new AE trains through September and won't start outreach until October, so the account list is ready when they need it rather than sitting idle.
John starts the Sales Hub Pro build this month. The only thing holding that up is seat approval, so Will signing off on seats this week is what gets John in and building.
On the hire, Luke has sent back his changes to the SRS playbook and it's in Will's hands this week. Interviews for the AE are happening this week with three candidates, Will and Luke running them. We're also building the onboarding and training plan this month so there's a real 30, 60, 90 in place the day the new rep starts, not a document we write in week two.
Will's feedback on the SRS playbook.
