Someone who's seen this before and isn't alarmed by it.
Sidecar fixes the sales problems that keep owner-led businesses stuck. The same ones show up again and again, which is what makes the fix reliable.
Side Car exists because the same problems keep showing up in owner-led businesses, and most of the available help either doesn't go deep enough or doesn't stick around long enough to matter. Generic frameworks handed to a team that will never use them. Systems set up and then left to drift. Advice that sounds right in a presentation and falls apart in the real work.

Comfort isn't the goal. Clarity is. And clarity is how revenue grows.
How I work
Direct. I challenge assumptions and push back when things don't make sense. An owner who's been told everything is fine for three years and isn't growing doesn't need validation. They need someone willing to say what's happening.
The work happens inside the business, not on a monthly check-in call. I'd rather hear from the whole team than just the person who signs the cheque. If something isn't a fit, I'll say so early.

What I've been doing
Years inside sales organisations. Building process from nothing. Coaching leaders at every level. The patterns repeat across industries and sizes, and that repetition is what makes the diagnosis fast and the fix reliable.
I've also been sold a consulting engagement that didn't deliver. That's part of why Side Car is structured the way it is. The engagement ends when the system is running, not when a document is delivered.

Who this works best for
Good fit: Owner-led businesses that are growing and feel stuck. Owners who want real ownership of the solution, not someone to run sales for them.
If my wife and I can get four boys out the door with lunches packed before 8am, I can get your sales running smoother.
